New Hunger Games Film Casts Joseph Zada as Young Haymitch

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes to Hit Theaters in November 2026

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is heading to the big screen, and the next installment of Suzanne Collins' iconic series has cast Joseph Zada as the young Haymitch Abernathy.

Alongside Zada, Whitney Peak will play Lenore Dove Baird, Haymitch's love interest.

Set for a November 2026 release, the film will be based on the novel of the same name, written by Collins.
